I broke into product marketing as a career switcher, an immigrant, and a woman of color, without a traditional background or built-in advantages. Early in my career, I had to learn how to justify my work, earn credibility with leadership, and position myself as a strategic partner, often without clear guidance.
Instead of waiting for things to change, I built my own system. One that helped me go from PMM newcomer to Director in under three years, lead high-impact initiatives, and operate with confidence at senior levels.
Since then, I've coached dozens of product marketers and leaders through similar inflection points, helping them clarify their direction, expand their influence, and grow into roles that actually match their potential.
